Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to everyone who uses Find My Influencer — brands, creators and talent agencies. Last updated 21 September 2026.
1. About these terms
By creating an account, applying to the roster, buying a content package or using any part of findmyinfluencer.co.uk (the “platform”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Who we are
Find My Influencer is a managed creator content programme operated in the United Kingdom. We vet and manage a roster of UK creators who produce photo and video content for brands, and we manage the whole workflow: briefs, products, deliverables, revisions, approvals and downloads.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@findmyinfluencer.co.uk.
3. Accounts & eligibility
- An account is either a brand account or a creator account (talent agencies manage creators on their behalf) — never both. One person or business may not operate both types simultaneously.
- Every application is vetted. We may decline or remove any brand, creator or agency at our discretion, and we do not have to give a reason.
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information, including a working contact email and, for creators, a contact email and mobile number; for brands, a contact phone number. We may verify your details before activating your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
- Creators must be based in the UK and aged 18 or over. Brands must be based in the UK or able to ship products to UK creators.
4. Brand packages & payment
- Packages run for 1, 6 or 12 months and deliver content from 1–10 creators per month. Each creator delivers an agreed number of photos and/or videos against your brief.
- All packages are paid upfront, in full, before any work begins. Access to checkout and campaign tools is unlocked once your brand application is approved.
- We confirm the final line-up of creators for each month. You may shortlist creators we put forward, but we cannot guarantee any specific creator will be available.
- Each deliverable includes one standard revision. Further revisions are at our discretion and may be declined.
- You must give a clear brief and select the product(s) for each campaign month before creators are booked. Late or missing briefs may delay a month, and missed months are not refunded (see section 13).
5. Products sent to creators
- Products sent to creators are kept by them. Any products, samples or items you post to creators become their property and are not returned. By sending product you agree the creator can keep, use or dispose of it as they wish.
- You are responsible for the quality, safety and legality of any products you ship, and for providing creators with enough information to use them safely.
- Creators confirm receipt of products before starting work. If a product has not arrived or is damaged, tell us and we will investigate with the courier.
6. Content ownership & rights
- All content a creator makes and uploads for a brand becomes the property of that brand and Find My Influencer once approved. The brand and Find My Influencer can use it for any purpose — including paid ads, social media, websites, emails, packaging, print and any other marketing — without further payment or permission from the creator.
- Content is delivered for the brand that commissioned it. Sharing another client's content, or reusing content for a different brand, is not permitted.
- We may showcase approved work in our portfolio, socials, emails and advertising. If you would rather we didn't feature your campaign, tell us in writing.
7. Creator terms
- Creators work with us as self-employed UK contractors and are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship.
- Creators must accept each job explicitly, meet the brief and deadline, and upload original content created by them. Submitting work that is not your own, or content that breaks section 9, may lead to removal from the roster.
- All content you create and upload for a brand becomes the property of that brand and Find My Influencer, as set out in section 6.
- By joining the roster you agree that we may use your portfolio content — including work made outside the platform — to promote you and win you more brand work on our socials, emails and ads. This marketing consent is irreversible once given.
- Loyalty rewards are discretionary payments from Find My Influencer, unlocked once you have completed enough approved work. Rewards are paid by Find My Influencer and criteria may change.
- Referral ("Spread the word") rewards are paid per completed, qualifying referral. Bonuses depend on the referred person completing paid work and are discretionary.
8. Talent agencies
- Agencies may apply to manage creators on the roster. Agencies are responsible for the conduct, quality and deadlines of the creators they manage, and for passing on any rewards owed to those creators.
- An agency must have the consent of each creator it adds, and warrants it is entitled to manage that creator's work and receive communications on their behalf.
9. Content restrictions
We reserve the right to reject any artwork submissions that we consider, in our discretion, includes or promotes content that is religious, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, pornographic or political in nature. This includes but is not limited to:
- Religious content: artwork or content that directly references or promotes specific religious beliefs, practices, or symbols.
- Offensive material: any content that may be deemed offensive, hateful, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Pornographic material: any explicit or sexually suggestive content, including but not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or adult themes.
- Political content: content that advocates for, endorses, or opposes any political party, candidate, or ideology, or that includes political symbols, slogans, or messaging.
- Infringing content: content that copies, reproduces or is substantially similar to another person's work, brand, music or likeness without their permission.
- Defamatory content: content that makes false or damaging claims about any person or business.
We may reject a brief, a submission or finished content under this section without refund, and repeat breaches may end the account.
10. What we do not provide
Our company is filled with multi-faith staff, so we only produce content for products and services. We do not provide content for personal occasions or belief-based themes, including but not limited to:
- Birthdays and other personal celebrations.
- Religious holidays, festivals or observances of any faith.
- Occult, spiritual or divination-themed products and services.
- Any brief that centres faith, belief, politics or ideology rather than a product or service.
If you are unsure whether your brief fits, ask us before booking — we will always tell you straight.
11. Payments, fees & taxes
- Package fees, optional add-ons (such as paid social boosts or studio photography) and any shipping fees are shown in the brand dashboard and collected at checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling.
- Paid social add-ons keep boosted content live for three months from the boost start date, after which the placement ends.
- Creator payouts and rewards are made by Find My Influencer to the UK bank details you provide. It is your responsibility to keep them accurate.
- We may suspend accounts with overdue or failed payments, and unpaid balances do not pause campaign deadlines.
12. Shipping & delivery
- Brands post products directly to their confirmed creators using the address details on the platform. Where managed shipping is offered, it is charged per influencer and covers standard UK delivery.
- Brands must add tracking to every shipment. Parcels lost or delayed in transit are investigated with the courier, but the brand remains responsible for the products it sends.
- Creators must report a missing, damaged or incorrect product promptly so a replacement can be arranged before work starts.
13. Cancelling & pausing
- Campaign cancellation is handled by Find My Influencer. Contact us through your messages or email info@findmyinfluencer.co.uk and we will review your request.
- Because packages are paid upfront and creators are booked on your commitment, completed months and months already in progress are not refundable. Where a month has not started, we will try to offer a credit or a rescheduled month at our discretion.
- We may cancel or suspend an account immediately for breach of these terms, including sections 9 and 14.
14. Acceptable use & conduct
- Do not attempt to take communication or payment off-platform to avoid our process — including soliciting our creators directly for work.
- Do not scrape, harvest or resell data from the platform, or use other people's accounts.
- Treat creators, brands and our team with respect. Abusive, discriminatory or harassing behaviour ends the account.
- Do not upload content, briefs or messages that break section 9, or anything illegal, harmful or misleading.
15. Intellectual property
- The Find My Influencer name, brand, platform and materials remain our property.
- You grant us the licences we need to run the service: brands grant us the right to use their name, products and brief materials to deliver the campaign; creators grant us the rights in section 6 and 7.
- You confirm you own or have permission for everything you upload, including music, fonts, logos and product imagery.
16. Data protection
We collect and process personal data as described on this page and as needed to run the service. We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR, only share it with people who need it to deliver your campaign (for example, creators receiving a shipping address), and never sell it. You can ask us what we hold or ask for it to be deleted at info@findmyinfluencer.co.uk.
17. Liability
This section sets out the full extent of our liability, which applies however the claim arises (in contract, tort including negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- We deliver content to the brief agreed at booking. Content is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will achieve any particular outcome. We are not liable for how content performs commercially (views, sales, engagement, conversions) after delivery, or for any decisions you make based on it.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business or business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data or information, wasted advertising or marketing spend, or any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, in every case whether or not such losses were foreseeable.
- Except as set out in these terms, all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from these terms.
- Subject to the paragraph above, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in connection with these terms or the platform — however many claims — is limited to the total fees you actually paid to us in the three months immediately before the first event giving rise to liability.
- You must notify us in writing of any claim within 14 days of becoming aware of the circumstances giving rise to it, and issue proceedings within six months of that date, failing which we have no liability for that claim. This does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
- We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including courier failures, postal delays, platform or hosting outages, strikes, illness of assigned creators, extreme weather, or industrial action. Where such an event lasts more than 30 days, either party may end the affected campaign month without refund for work already started.
- If you are a consumer (not acting for a business): nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights that cannot be excluded, and the exclusions above apply to you only to the extent they are lawful.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. For existing packages, the terms in force at the time of purchase continue to apply to that package.
19. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
